Supported Playful Coding

In Coding Camps, students explore AI through fun, practical coding challenges. Using the GoAlgo App, they receive AI Chat support while building commands, logic, and event-based actions. They also experiment with machine learning by training the AI to recognize sounds, actions, or facial expressions, turning real-world inputs into coded responses. This introduces students to how AI learns from patterns and triggers actions through code.

CAMP STRUCTURE

Each camp day includes two build-and-code sessions blended with social games.

Students build, collaborate, and spend time with their peers while developing coding skills.

Hands-on challenges help students test ideas, solve problems, and think like engineers.

The fun camp atmosphere brings together teamwork, play, and shared experiences.

Questions & Answers

A typical camp day starts with a welcome, lesson introduction, and warm-up games. Students explore building and coding elements, join a short algorithm discussion, then build, code, test, and upgrade their robots through play. Each session ends with clean-up and a review of the day’s topic.

Students discover movement, light, wait, loop, rotation, and stop commands while exploring distance and sound sensors, sequencing, multiple motors, automation, multithreading, event-based reactions, pattern logic, and cause-and-effect logic.

No prior experience is needed. The coding camps are designed for primary school students and introduce coding step by step through guided robot-building activities.

The camp is guided by trained Young Engineers instructors who create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment while helping children build, code, play, and complete each activity with confidence.

All building materials, robot equipment, coding tools, model instructions, and activity guidance are provided. Students do not need to bring any special materials to take part in the camp.

In just five days, students build a solid foundation in coding through an active and fun camp experience. Beyond building and playing, they begin to see coding as a way of thinking, exploring, and understanding how the world works. At the end, they receive a Certificate of Participation.
