Young Engineers provides hands-on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education programs, classes, and workshops for children. Programs are delivered by [Franchisee/Company Legal Name] ("we", "us", "our"), an authorized Young Engineers franchisee.

Our programs are intended for children. Registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

When you register for a class or program, you agree to provide accurate parent and child information. Enrollment is confirmed only after we accept your registration and, where applicable, receive payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any registration.

Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable installment or payment-plan terms are shown at the time of registration. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts due. All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific program and the notice provided. Unless stated otherwise at registration or required by applicable law, refund requests should be submitted to us in writing. We may deduct amounts for sessions already delivered or non-refundable costs.

We ask that children and accompanying adults follow reasonable safety instructions and conduct guidelines during sessions. We may remove a participant from a session or program for behavior that endangers others or disrupts the learning environment, without refund where appropriate.

You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs relevant to your child's safe participation. We take reasonable care during sessions but are not liable for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed information.

From time to time we may photograph or record sessions for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to appear in such materials, please notify us in writing before the session.

All content, materials, curricula, models, logos, and trademarks associated with Young Engineers are owned by Young Engineers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
